Return Procedure
Damaged or Defective Items:
Any requests for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Please submit a problem report to info@lucidvisions-store.com. You will receive a return format. Claims identified as an error on our part will be covered at our own cost.
Lost Packages:
In the case of packages lost during transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please submit a problem report to info@lucidvisions-store.com. Claims identified as an error on our part will be covered at our own cost.
Not statisfied with your purchase:
Please contact info@lucidvisions-store.com within 30 days. Items can be returned and accepted when meeting our return conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Return conditions
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Warranty is void after washing items.
- Clothing with foundation stains will not be accepted.
- Items with the scent of both deodorant and perfume will not be processed.
- You are responsible for the proper arrival of the return.
Refund/Exchange Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Returns without approval may not be processed.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after approval.
